- To open an account, download the Al Ramz application here, sign up, and complete your profile within a few minutes.
- On the Al Ramz application, go to your Profile and select Etihad Guest. Enter your Etihad Guest number to start earning miles.
- Transfer accumulative value of at least AED 100,000 (“Qualified Balance”) during the participation period (the “Period”).
- The Period commences on 4 November 2024 and ends on 30 April 2025.
- You must keep your Qualified Balance at AED100,000 or above for a vesting period of 6 months (“Vesting Period”) from the date you first reach your Qualified Balance.
- Once you have met your Qualified Balance, you can continue to earn Etihad Guest Miles for your new transfers of cash, eligible shares or combination of the two of any value (each “Qualified Transfer”) during the Period, but each tranche of Qualified Transfer will have its own Vesting Period, starting from the date of the Qualified Transfer
- You will earn 1 Etihad Guest Mile for every AED 120 of value maintained for your Qualified Balance and each tranche of Qualified Transfer during its respective Vesting Period. Each tranche which has been maintained throughout its Vesting Period is a “Qualified Tranche”
- Miles will be credited to your Etihad Guest Account on the last business day of each calendar month (each a “Cut-off Date”) for each Qualified Tranche.

- If your Al Ramz account balance falls below AED 100,000 due to cash or shares withdrawal during the Vesting Period, you will lose your eligibility to earn miles.
- For any cash or shares withdrawal, the value of withdrawal will be deducted from your Qualified Balance tranche in your account. If the value of cash or shares withdrawn is larger than your Qualified Balance tranche, it will be deducted from your next Qualified Transfer tranche.
- There is a maximum annual cap of 75,000 Etihad Guest Miles per client every fiscal year.
- For calculating your Qualified Balance and Qualified Transfer, the value of shares is calculated based on the price of transfer in on the day of transfer, and it is not subject to price fluctuation.
Therefore, your eligibility to be awarded with Etihad Guest Miles will not be affected in case your shares’ market value decreases. However, if your Al Ramz balance falls below AED100,000 because of cash or share withdrawal, you may lose your eligibility.
- When you transfer cash to your Al Ramz account to buy shares (eligible or non-eligible), the value of cash you transferred in your Al Ramz account will count towards your Qualified Balance or Qualified Transfer. The value of shares you buy using the cash you transferred in does not count, thus any change in value of these share will not impact your eligibility
- Not all shares are eligible to be counted towards your Qualified Balance or Qualified Transfer. Eligible shares are found in clause 7 of the terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- You must be a client of the brokerage services of Al Ramz Capital L.L.C. (“Al Ramz”).
- You must have registered as a member of Etihad Guest Programme and provide a valid and active Etihad Guest membership number.
- You must meet the following requirements:
- New Funds and / or New Eligible Shares:
- Deposit new funds into your account with Al Ramz, and / or
- Transfer eligible shares from another brokerage firm to your Al Ramz account.
- Eligible shares are those listed in clause 8.
- Transfers: You must transfer
- cash, or
- eligible shares; or
- combination of the two
of a cumulative value of at least AED 100,000 (“Qualified Balance”) during the participation period (thePeriod”)
- The Period commences on 4 November 2024 and ends on 30 April 2025.
- You must keep your Qualified Balance at AED100,000 or above for a vesting period of 6 months (“Vesting Period”) from the date you first reach your Qualified Balance.

- Value of non-eligible shares that you transfer to your Al Ramz account does not count towards your Qualified Balance or Qualified Transfer. However, when you sell the non-eligible shares, the cash you receive from the sale will count towards your Qualified Balance or Qualified Transfer.
- Both existing clients and new clients need to reach and keep the Qualified Balance throughout the Vesting Period to become eligible in this program.
- For existing clients, your Al Ramz account balance before you reach your Qualified Balance will not be counted for mile rewards in this program.
- Last in, First Out:
For any cash or shares withdrawal, the value of withdrawal will be deducted from your Qualified Balance tranche in your account. If the value of cash or shares withdrawn is larger than your Qualified Balance tranche, it will be deducted from your next Qualified Transfer tranche.
- You must keep a balance of at least AED100,000 or above in your Al Ramz account during Vesting Period.
- If your Al Ramz account balance falls below AED 100,000 due to cash or shares withdrawal during the Vesting Period, you will lose eligibility for Etihad Guest Miles reward.
- Cash used to acquire shares through Al Ramz account will not be treated as ‘cash withdrawal’ for the purpose of miles calculation.
- The term ‘shares withdrawal’ refers to shares transferred out of your Al Ramz account to another broker’s account or any other users in Al Ramz.
- Shares sold through Al Ramz account will not be treated as ‘shares withdrawal’ for the purpose of calculation of miles.
- Your eligibility for participation in the Etihad Guest Programme and the calculation of your miles is at the sole discretion of Al Ramz. Al Ramz reserves the right to determine, modify, or revoke eligibility criteria and calculation formula at any time without prior notice.
- You will earn 1 Etihad Guest Mile for every AED 120 of value maintained for your Qualified Balance and each tranche of Qualified Transfer during its respective Vesting Period. Each tranche which has been maintained throughout its Vesting Period is a “Qualified Tranche”. Each Qualified Tranche will be rewarded with Etihad Guest Miles one time.
- No partial or fractional Etihad Guest Mile will be awarded. The number of Etihad Guest Miles you receive will be rounded down to the nearest whole number based on your Qualified Tranche value.
- There is a maximum annual cap of 75,000 Etihad Guest Miles per client per fiscal year.
- The value of each Qualified Tranche will be used to calculate the number of Etihad Guest Mile you are rewarded in this program.
- Miles will be credited to your Etihad Guest Account on the last business day of each calendar month (each a “Cut-off Date”) for each Qualified Tranche.
- Etihad Guest Miles will be rewarded automatically upon the completion of Vesting Period for each Qualified Tranche.
- For avoidance of doubt, the calculation of Etihad Guest Miles is based on the value of your Qualified Tranches, not your total Al Ramz account balance.
- You must provide your Etihad Guest Account details using AL Ramz app, under your profile details.
- The Etihad Guest Account must be in your name.
- You are responsible to provide the correct, valid and active Etihad Guest Number.
- Al Ramz shall have no liability in connection with the Etihad Guest Programme, including but not limited to:
- Etihad Guest Miles Accrual and Redemption
Al Ramz is responsible for accurately calculating and sending request for crediting Etihad Guest Miles to your Etihad Guest Account based on eligible transactions. However, Al Ramz is not responsible for any issues related to the redemption or use of Etihad Guest Miles, including but not limited to:- Availability of reward flights or other rewards offered by Etihad Airways.
- Changes to the Etihad Guest Programme or terms and conditions.
- Any restrictions, limitations, or blackout dates imposed by Etihad Airways and Etihad Guest.
- Third-Party Services
Al Ramz is not liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party services related to the program, such as booking platforms or travel agencies. - Actions of Etihad Airways
Al Ramz is not responsible for any actions or omissions of Etihad Airways, including but not limited to:- Changes to the Etihad Guest Programme or its termination.
- Denial of boarding or cancellation of flights.
- Loss or damage to baggage.
- Force Majeure
Al Ramz is not liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics. - Disclaimer of warranties
Al Ramz makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Etihad Guest Programme.
- Etihad Guest Miles Accrual and Redemption
- Any personal information about you which you supply us with or we collect about you is governed by Al Ramz’s privacy and security policy, a copy of which is available for review on our website https://www.alramz.ae/audit-terms-policy?tab=policy , together with information about cookies and the use of cookies, and the terms of which shall be deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions, including any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, will be governed by the laws of the UAE.
- We and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, provided that we may bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction (inside or outside the UAE) as we see appropriate.
- Al Ramz reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.

- Consent provided by client to share their Etihad Guest account number with Etihad Guest Programme.
