For UAE residents: we require your passport, Emirates identification card, IBAN letter, family book or residence visa.  For non-UAE residents: we require your passport, national identification card, IBAN letter, a passport verification letter from a local bank, and a signature verification letter from your local bank.

You need to sign a statement request along with your Emirates ID copy, and we will send your request to the market. The statement will be sent to your registered email within 3 working days (the same is dependent on the market response).The fee is AED10.5/- charged by both markets. Or you can easily download the applications of each market and view your account.

You are kindly requested to take a screenshot of the issue that you are facing and send it from your registered email address to cs@alramz.ae in order to resolve the problem.

The account opening is free of charge; however, the online trading account fees is AED 300/-annually.

Our Abu Dhabi branch is located in Al Reem Island, Sky Tower 22nd floor, and for our Dubai Branch Office, we are located at Rolex Tower, 9th floor, on Sheikh Zayed Street.

The trading can be done through our call center by choosing the trading option, or by using our online trading application.

Our office timing is Monday to Friday from 8:00a.m - 4: 00p.m
